Finding text in textmaker

It may seem obvious when you know the answer, but the information is not in the Manual.
The text in a Selection in TextMaker is defined by the property "Text". e.g. "tm.ActiveDocument.Selection.Text = "text"
I wanted to do Search and Replace in an open Textmaker document. This is not available in the present version of BasicMaker (is it on the "To Do" list?), so I had to do it in Basic. However finding the text I wanted to replace in the Textmaker document was not obvious. Finding a position and selecting it in the document can be done in the Range Object, but I could not find how to read the text that was selected in the Manual.

So a request to the SoftMaker developers:
Please add the Property "Text" to the list in the Manual.
