cursor not showing when i write on the presentation

When I'm presenting, I use a graphics tablet to write on the slides - I do a lot of presentations via video call, and I write on the slides while I'm presenting.
Now, whenever I go to type, the cursor disappears. Even when I disable "Hide cursor automatically" it disappears.
This happens whether using a single monitor or two monitors in presenter view.
I accidentally discovered that if I quickly press alt and then tab, the cursor appears.
Now, I bought this software to work, not to find workarounds - and I'm not happy with this solution. Can you please provide a solution?
My graphics tablet is an XP-PEN DecoMini7.

Thank you for posting your problem, but we are unable to reproduce it.

Please share a screen recording of the issue for better understanding.

Meanwhile, please check if there is any impact of the following option:

Ribbon File | Options | Appearance tab | User interface | Touch mode (large icons and menu entries).
