getting started key

I just downloaded Freeoffice a couple of days ago. Apparently I am supposed
to get a product key to continue using the software after 10 days. When I
tried to get the key, I got a message saying my email was invalid--even
thoug it was on the screen. Do I need this key to continue the freeversion?
If so, why does SoftMaker not recognized my email since it obviously is
in system systems? Please advise.

Is this the same email address which you used to register on the forum? If not, I think you can use this one or any other if you have.
