Mac Silicon M2 crashes evertime

Textmaker (other other 2) crashes my MBP 2022 M2 mac. Every time when I open it and moved it to my external display.
Setup MBP --> tunderbolt --> SONNETTECH Dock --> HDMI to 4k screen

before it crashes I see a green screen on the bottom half, see attached pic.

This renders the softmaker office tools useless. This valid for Sonoma 14.6 and Sequoia 5.1 Beta 5 and Textmaker 2024 latest.

Just downloaded trial version Office 2021 and that one works (but only for 30days).

Checked on a mini M2 and there it works fine with external monitor (direct attached HDMI). I think it has to-do with the tunderbolt 2 hdmi via the docking station.

btw NX 2024 all them crash OSX only 2021 works on my thunderbolt attached HDMI screen.

Thank you for this additional information. Please check in your display settings, disable HiDPI and then check SoftMaker Office apps again.

Hi,
I'm trying SoftMaker Office NX on my MacBook Air M2 with macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81) to see if I can switch from the Microsoft Office but I'm having problems because the screen appears with the bottom portion black.
This only happens on my secondary screen (Asus ProArt connected directly to an usb-c port in MacBook), if i move the SoftMaker Office window to the screen of my MacBook the problem disappears.
I also tried the 2021 and 2024 version and only with the 2021 version the problem doesn't happen.
I wish I could make the switch to a European software, but in the moment there is no conditions for it

Please check in your display settings, disable HiDPI and then check SoftMaker Office apps again.

But before you do this, please share your sminfo.txt file, which you can generate by click on '?' > About > Write system information.
