Help function with Firefox

Help function with Firefox

If I use the "Help" function in Planmaker 2024 I get a popup from Firefox that it is already running and that I need to close the Firefox application.
Is there a work-around by which a new Tab is opened in Firefox instead of complety closing Firefox everytime?

Thank you for posting your problem, but it seems some problem/corruption/wrong setting in your Firefox. So, please reinstall/repair it.

Fire fox can open multiple instances. I do it all the time.
