You need to format the text in a font that uses the Simplified Chinese style of Chinese glyphs.

Note that this does not magically turn your text into understandable Simplified Chinese. You will need to rewrite it, or have it being rewritten by someone who understands Simplified Chinese. It's not only the glyphs that are different, the writing style and choice of words are often quite different.
