Upgrade to FreeOffice 2024

I have recently installed the 2024 version , and noticed at the time that the 2021 version was not automatically uninstalled. However, after evaluating v2024 for a month I am now confident that I will not need v2021 any longer.

Should I just uninstall v2021 (600MB) via Windows, or are there any files that need to be recovered first?

If you only want to use FreeOffice 2024, please uninstall FreeOffice 2021 first and then install FreeOffice 2024.

You can also keep both in parallel, but this is not recommended.

If you want to keep the settings, you can export from FreeOffice 2021 and then use this instructions into FreeOffice 2024.

As stated in my original post I have already installed v2024, and I had assumed that v2021 would automatically be over-ridden.

As the old version is 600MB I will now delete it and hope for the best.
