i installed freeoffice 2024, i asked for the activation key, i received it without any problem, on the same workstation (internt works well), i stick the key on the unlock area, and i click on unlock now, after, nothing happens, no activation of the product, no error message, no message of the good course of activation, always the link to manage the license appears in the menu.

i need to know what the problem is that is preventing activation.
