Yes, for that you will have to rewrite the code from Excel VBA to BasicMaker script.

But to do this I have to learn BasicMaker language, which doesn't have proper sources.
I'm looking for more quick ways to adopt my MS Word makro files to SoftMaker environment.

I congratulate you for producing such a beautiful program. It is actually cheaper and much more capable than its counterparts... The BasicMaker program makes SoftMaker unique. However, I regret to say that BasicMaker's capabilities are limited... I agree with Sharp12 on this issue.
I wish Find&Replace could be done. Since I couldn't find any information about this in the help file or forum, BasicMaker does not support Find&Replace. I would love to do this with script. Microsoft Office Word has a very comprehensive macro language. I expect you to make BasicMaker more capable in the next release. This will make SoftMaker perfect. I wish you success in your work.
