PlanMaker DPI Scaling Bug

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue Windows' display scaling is at 125%, but I was able to notice it when changing PlanMaker's zoom at about 125%.
However, this issue also happens in Ms Excel, so there probably is a good reason for this behavior.
