Missing images when exporting to EPUB

I have a document that includes svg files. After exporting to epub the svg files are just missing. Examining the generated epub I found that TM tries to convert the svg into png but for some reason the png file is empty.

I'm attaching a example file and the generated epub. This issue most likely also affects TM 2024.

The problem was fixed in version 2024, but not in version 2021 because version 2021 now only has security fixes.

Meaning: All bugs in 2021 will remain, they only will be fixed in 2024. Even if the bug impides the software to work as advertised?
I already upgraded to 2024, but I do not think is particularly nice of Softmaker to do this kind of thing.

Our policy is to fix bugs for 3 years upon release. Security issues will be fixed longer.
