Date spacing in chart question

Hello, all

I have a chart recording readings of haemoglibin status over time - levels of the Y-axis, date on the X-axis. The readings are not taken at evenly spaced dates. When I plot the graph in Plan Maker, the data is spaced out evenly on the X-axis. What I want is for the entries on the X-axis to be spaced so as to reflect the dates on which the readings were taken.

How can I do this?
