changing the ruler to inches

I searched the various dialogues but couldn't find a way to change the rulers to inches instead of centimeters.
Can you help?

If it is unavailable could you add it to your list of requested items in the program?

Use the command File | Options.

In the following dialog box, switch to the Editing tab.

On the top of this tab you will find the option Unit of measurement, here you can change the rulers unit.
