Have not received product key (Free Office) by email

I have tried several times to request a product key for Free Office and have not received it by email. How do I get it?

Talk to the company that provides e-mail service to you. This is what their mail server answers:

Thank you, have checked with my email provider and they say nothing is blocked on their end. However, I have resolved the issue by using a gmail email account that I don't often use. With the gmail account my key came through just fine.

Then obviously your e-mail provider IS blocking SoftMaker, and they lied to you.
