Save As for 7KB ods file becomes 2,310KB pmdx or xlsx file

I wished to convert the attached ods file to xlsx. When I did Save As I got a message about invalid sheet names (SaveAs.jpg), which appeared to have no foundation in fact; I selected Yes. The resulting file looks OK but has size 2,310KB.
When saving as pmdx, there was no message about sheet names but the resulting file was about the same size as the xlsx.

Thanks for sharing the ODS file. I have checked your file and found that there are many hidden worksheets that have names as complete URLs which is not supported in XLSX format so the warning is expected there.

For the size problem, I have forwarded the details to our developer team.
