Opening files is extremely slow

Hello,

When opening any xlsx or even txt files in Planmaker or Writer.....this is extremely slow.
For example from File menu I select open and select a txt or xls file and I click the open button........then it takes a long time for the next window where you can select the encoding and which characters are used for the separation like comma or tab, and then finally the loading of the file takes very long again.........to the point of being completely unworkable.

Also copy/paste between sheets is extremely slow also.

This has happened after the last revision update of Softmaker Office. I even completely uninstalled and cleaned any refference to Softmaker and installed it again......no difference. There has to be some solution to this, else its completely useless in this state.
Anyone have ANY ideas??
