Softmaker office (all programs) don't work with virtual keyboard on windows 11, device: microsoft surface go2. Please help. Does anyone has the same problem? If it is the bug, please fix it. If it is not the bug, please someone tell how to solve this problem.

Programs don't support text typing from virtual keyboard from surface go2.

Thanks for reporting this problem. Please let us know if you are able to type using the same virtual keyboard in any other text editor like Notepad?

Also, please share your sminfo.txt file, which you can generate by clicking on '?' > About > Write system information.

Thanks for attention. Typing in windows 11 notepad is stable without problems. Today tried typing in text maker one more time and the problem has been repeated.

One more reply. I use the software of your company on my android devices (samsung note 10 lite, tab active 3 and tab a7 lite tablets) and I don't have any problems. Please fix this bug, because I also want to use the virtual keyboard typing on my windows device. Thanks a lot.
