Excel conversion issue

Hi SoftMaker team,

I have been having an issue for the last couple months that I keep forgetting to report.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to: https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide
2. Click the Download link and choose the Excel file type to download.
3. In the spreadsheet, click on any CVE link in the Details column.
4. In the browser window, you should see a 404 error.

If you look at the link, like the one below, you will notice an extra '/' between update-guide and vulnerability. Once removed, the page loads fine as you would expect. This issue does not happen when the spreadsheet is opened in Excel 365.
