Embed part of a spreadsheet into a presentation

If I copy it, it just dumps the text into where I want it.

It won't allow me to paste as a bitmap.

It appears that if I create an OLE box, it wants the whole spreadsheet.

Farcically, I can go into Libreoffice, copy the part of the spreadsheet I want, go back into Presentations and paste it as a bitmap.

Am I doing something wrong.
