Softmaker 2018 on Windows 10 Pro - Apps start extremely slowly

Hello from Italy!

I’ve been happily using Softmaker since 2008.

Lately I’ve been using the university licensed 2018 version on an old but very well performing Windows 7 Pro PC, and everything ran smooth and fast.

Now I bought a brand new and more powerful PC (AMD Ryzen 5 - 16 GB - Windows 10 Pro) but the Softmaker apps start extremely slowly. Everytime they take 30 seconds or even more to start, and I can’t understand why.
That doesn’t seem to depend on memory/disk cache problems, since it happens EVERYTIME even during the same session, and restarting the system doesn’t affect the behaviour. I start the app, the window appears, but I have to wait 30 seconds or more to be able to use it. All other softwares runs smootly and fast.
Can anyone help me?

Are you using network shares? It could be the cause.
If so you may go to Documents\SoftMaker\ and rename the folder to SoftMaker-Old.
If it doesn't fix the issue, please go to "? | About | Write System info" and send us the sminfo.txt file it generates.
