I can't print more than one copy of single document

Details:

O.S. linux Mint 19,3

After the first installation everything worked correctly, but from a certain point on, I don't know exactly when, it was no longer possible to print more than one copy of the open document, both plan and text, if I put the same number of copies in the printing phase to 2 or 3 only one copy is printed.
Both the operating system and the suite are updated to the latest release available
