Wrong system font

I just bought and installed SoftMaker Office 2021 and checked the setting "Use system font for menus and dialogs", but it uses some weird Serif font rather than the actual system font. All other apps on my system use the correct font.

How do I fix this?

OS: Deepin 20 (based on Debian 10)

Here are the system monitor and file manager as an example, which like all other apps use the right font:

Oh well, even in that one link you can see my actual system font that SoftMaker should be using. You can see the system monitor, Vivaldi and the panel all using the correct system font.

Please share your sminfo file which you can generate by clicking on '?' > About > Write system information.
