Table captions bug

This bug shows when trying to insert a caption above a table that spans more than one page.

Use the attached and try the following:

1. Insert a caption above the first table. All should be OK.

2. insert a caption above the second table. The error I get is that the caption is inserted above the table on the second page. The second table is now split.
