Remove separator line above endnotes

The option to remove a separator line above endnotes appears to work, but the line re-appears when Textmaker is closed and re-opened.

Thanks for reporting this problem. I have tried to recreate this problem by removing the line of Endnotes. But whenever I reopened TextMaker it didn't show that Endnotes line again.

It seems you have multiple problems with saving the settings while reopening the TextMaker. Please try to rename the Documents/ SoftMaker folder and recheck both the problems.

I will try your suggestion, but wonder if part of the problem comes from uninstalling Softmaker 2018 and then installing Softmaker 2021. Might there be complications from settings and files surviving previous installations?

Usually, that doesn't happen but we can't deny the possibility as you are getting unusual non-reproducible problems. Please try this step and let us know. If you want along with this step you can also reinstall SoftMaker Office 2021.
