I can't change the user interface, I used to be able to do it but now it preselects the blandest horrible grey one. Problem is evident in TextMaker, PlanMaker & Presentations apps.
Also, according to isitdowrightnow.com, the version 274 update website/download link is unresponsive.

Using Mojave, the suite's preferences re user template, document format & user interface (under the Appearance tab) can be set and the settings will stay set after a restart.
Not so under Catalina: you can select only one pitifully bland & grey user interface (Ribbon). None of the other two Ribbon interfaces or the three Classic interfaces can be selected. All that happens is the adjustment window reappears, only the grey one will stick as a setting. Output document format stays as a SoftMaker default format with subsequent documents. User template details can be entered but the settings don't stay set.
These issues are NOT evident under Mojave.
