Print Preview

I am using Textmaker when in print preview with images imbedded in some pages
The movemnet between pages grinds almost to a halt, with text only it is no problem
The document is approx 550 pages
I ran the document thro Word in print preview no problems
What is the problem, is it the image too large or a bug or?

Hi, are you using SoftMaker Office 64bits or are you using FreeOffice 2018? FreeOffice is 32bits and so is limited to 2GB of RAM.

You could reduce the resolution of the images so that they use less resources.

Hi. Just to say this seems to be very similar a bug I reported a few months ago (Ticket#2019041408000417). In my case, I placed an image in the header section and the print preview turned so slow.
