Download problem for Color + Black & White Projects 5 Manual PDF

I'm using a Windows 7 machine running Chrome. When I attempt to download the manuals for Color Projects 5 and Black & White Projects 5, I get a "Failed-- File too large" message. The files are less than 2 MB. I downloaded the manuals for Textmaker, etc., with no problems.

What's the glitch?

Please try again and use another browser (e.g. Firefox or Edge) if the problem still exist.
