How do I compile a document with some portrait and some landscape pages?

I was sent a document with the first few pages in portrait orientation and the following pages in landscape orientation. The document was produced with MS Word. How do I compile such a document with Textmaker? What do I do when the page orientation needs to change from portrait to landscape?

Insert a chapter break (Insert > Break > Chapter break). Each chapter can have its own page format in TextMaker.
