Does anyone else have the problem that soon after typing a question into Live Chat, and before there is any response, Live Chat goes offline?

Please try it with another browser. We cannot reproduce that issue here.

Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer. The same results with each one. You see the message “You are now in live chat with Softmaker”. You enter your question and wait, and wait, and then live chat goes offline - no response. Not once in a dozen or more attempts. You should try harder.

This problem appears when at least one of our support people does not log out from chat when leaving for home. Then the system only detects that nobody is there and gives you the opportunity to send your inquiry by e-mail. I'll tell our support persons to log out when leaving.
