I need to reinstall Softmaker

It's not quite as simple as it sounds.

I received Softmaker Office 2016 as part of a promotion. I do have a license key.

My old PC bit the dust and I'm now trying to set up my new one. I downloaded Softmaker, installed it, and when I put the key in got a message stating that key was for a different product.

Can someone help me straighten this out?

The key for SoftMaker Office 2016 does not work with SoftMaker Office 2018. Please login to the customer center on www.softmaker.com and download the correct installation file for Office 2016.
