Addins with BasicMaker ?

Does Softmaker "BasicMaker" support addins

In MS Excel 2003 I had a lot of XLA files (addins) in particular a Global Addin with 64 shortcuts (formats, cell-comment auto size, etc)

Is BasicMaker limited to use in templates (and documents) ?
Being able to create addins (XLA like) would be a huge benefit for me and I would guess other advanced users
