Hi, I wanted to know if it is possible to copy and paste formats in TextMaker, just like it is is possible to do in Word. I can't find a way to do this in either the Mac version or the ipad version.
Second question: is it possible to insert/add text the grayed out text boxes in TextMaker so I can create documents that others know where to write information?
Thanks for your help!
Can you copy and paste formats and create gray boxes?

1. Open TextMaker
2. Copy the text you want to paste.
3. Paste using option from ribbon command Home | group Edit | Paste dropdown | Keep source formatting
1. Go to ribbon command Insert | group Objects | Form object dropdown | Label
2. Double click on Label inserted to edit the properties as desired.

Re: Can you copy and paste formats and create gray boxes?
Thanks for writing. However, it doesn’t seem I was clear. I don’t want to paste any text. I know how to do that. I want to copy and paste the formatting of a specific sentence into another one. That is possible in Word, was hoping it was possible here as well.

As you cross-posted your question in the Mac forum and in the iOS forum, you will find my answer in the iOS forum (for both systems). Please ask questions in one place only to avoid confusion.
