Unless I am mistaken, there is no way to click on a cell in a very large spreadsheet and have both row and column highlighted. This would help to maintain focus on column and row. I am not suggesting that the highlight be as prominent as it is when selecting cells, just more of a guide. Have a look at how this is implemented in LibreOffice 26.
Could this be added to PlanMaker?

Thank you for posting your query. This feature is already available in SoftMaker Office NX.
Please click on ribbon command File | Options | under View tab | Check the option "Highlight current column and row", you can also customize the color of the highlight.
