Text flow control in tables

I have always found, whenever formatting paragraph Text-flow within a table, that, although the hyphenation setting does work, the Paragraph control settings, 'Keep with next' and 'Keep together' do not.

Am I correct that these two Text flow settings don't work inside a table? If so then please could SoftMaker put this on the users' wish list -- fixing TexMaker so that they do work in tables? In the meantime, as long as these settings need to remain unusable in a table, could SoftMaker please consider adjusting TextMaker to show them ghosted whenever the paragraph that has been selected is inside a table?

I don't know why I've never asked about this before because it has been a problem I have struggled with many, many times over the years. I've always found it particularly inconvenient to have to insert numerous blank paragraphs in tables at the bottom of a page in order to keep lines together or keep a paragraph with the next one -- only later to find myself having to keep fiddling with these adjustments again and again every time I edit anything in the preceding pages of the document!

And if I'm mistaken and these two settings actually DO in fact work inside tables, then please could someone finally put me out of my years of needless struggle with table layouts by explaining to me what I have been doing incorrectly here?
