Track Changes in TextMaker?

I am looking at how I can track changes in TextMaker and cannot find how to do this. Is it possible? If so, how? If not, what is a good free alternative just for this function? Thanks.

Note: If you use the Classic menu (which I prefer), Track Changes is found on the Tools menu:

Tools > Changes > Track Changes.
