Printing error

I just downloaded the new Office package and installed it, updating what I already have on a new and fresh Windows 10 install.
Now, when I go to print, my first printer says it's out of paper when it's full, and my second printer is reported to be offline, even though I call up a second program to print, to which it had no issues, even while TextMaker is still open and running. It functioned perfectly up to the point when I accepted the "suggested and offered" upgrade. . . That crap ain't a bloody "Upgrade"! It's a Brick Wall to any office-level program.
How can one fix it, or is the "FIX" simply reverting back to the old version?

Also share the SoftMaker Office log file. To create it, click "Help (?) > About > Write System Information." The log file will be saved automatically in your %USERPROFILE%\Documents\SoftMaker folder with the name "sminfo.txt."
