I installed the non Beta version of 32 bit FlexiPDF2025 on my 64 bit PC (note that the only version to download was 32 bit). I was experiencing bugs when saving files so I stopped using it. I want to note that it was seeing my twain and wia drivers.
I received an email about a new 64 Beta version of the software. I uninstalled the 32 bit version using Revo uninstaller and installed the Beta version.
The saving bugs were gone BUT, Flexi no longer sees my Twain driver, only WIA. I downloaded the Beta update today and am still experiencing the same problem.
I know what your response will be: reinstall the Twain driver. BUT, I also have NAPS2 that uses the Twain driver so I know it's there.
Also, I am on a brand new laptop.
Come on FlexiPDF. You have a good piece of software but it seems like you rushed it out instead of getting all the bugs out. In addition, your forum moderators seem to not care as they don't answer concerns or they give short responses that are not helpful.
Please look at FlexiPDF 2025 not looking at the Twain driver.

Re: FlexiPDF 2025 doesnt see my Twain drivers
TWAIN itself exists as a 64-bit driver technology, but nearly no scanner company ever built any 64-bit drivers. If TWAIN is important to you, you need to stay with 32 bit. A 64-bit application cannot access 32-bit TWAIN drivers.

Re: FlexiPDF 2025 doesnt see my Twain drivers
I have the 64 bit version of NAPS2 installed and I am able to use the Twain driver. There must be an issue with FlexiPDF2025 64 bit version. I understand it is still Beta, but have the techs look at this.

I am not sure about the technical feasibility, but I have forwarded this improvement suggestion further.
