Textmaker S1225.0805.998 crashes when opening files

I'm using Textmaker on two Android tablets, where it has recently updated to the latest version (1225.0805 dated 4 August 2025). Since that update, I have encountered a major problem. It will not open larger .docx files which were created with Textmaker on Linux - a blank page opens, there may be a progress bar (depending on size of the file) and it then crashes. It does open small files (less than about 50k) and it will open .docx files created in Microsoft Word or created on the tablet, but not those imported from my main computer (running TextMaker Professional 2024 (rev S1224.0308) 64bit under ZorinOS).

This occurs on a Lenovo Tab M8 (4th gen) TB300FU running Android 13, and on a Honor Pad 9 running MagicOS 8 (Android 14).

I have reverted to the previous version (1223.0202) which opens these files without difficulty, and turned off auto-update of apps.
