When I type a space is it not working only also whit the option key, what can I do ?

Does this only happen in TextMaker? Are you sure that the space key on your keyboard is working properly?

Yes, I have the TextMaker on a windows computer and its working perfect, when I reply also with the Mac in this answer is no problem .
Its only when I use Textmaker on the Mac.
