Page borders suggestions

I'm unable to find some important features like Page borders, watermark, clipart, wordart, and double column text (working independently).
I will love to see options like
Borders and shadings> borders page border shading
Also, it is unable to open documents files created by other apps (including the one created by Microsoft word).
