Change Tracking hangs
Noticed this on Windows 10 with professional TextMaker 2021. I'm reviewing changes from an editor. If I have to pull open a browser, or look at an email because someone called, etc. causing TextMaker to not be the top level full screen window for 5-10 minutes, it's hung when I get back to it. I can right click the TextMaker icon in the bottom Windows bar and choose close. I get prompted to save the current document just fine, but there is no place I can click in the editor window to bring that window back to life. It's just refusing all input.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Are you getting this problem with a specific file or with all the files?

To better assist you with this issue, we'll need access to the file. Without reviewing the specific file, we're unable to properly diagnose or troubleshoot the problem you're experiencing.

Thank you for sharing your file with us. While we were unable to reproduce the issue in our testing environment, we suspect it may be related to either:
1. Graphics card outdated/ compatibility, or
2. Security software interference
To help resolve this, we recommend the following steps:
1. Update your graphics card driver to the latest version
2. Temporarily disable security software to check for conflicts
3. Test the file in our latest TextMaker 2024/NX (trial version available on our website)
