Program popping back up after being minimized

Hello, I keep experiencing this problem: Nearly every time I minimize a TextMaker document to look at my browser (or other programs I have opened up on my PC), it pops back up without being prompted. Seems like some sort of bug, but I'm not sure. It's not that tragic, but it is a bit annoying.
Does anybody else have this issue as well?

Thank you for posting your problem, but currently, we are unable to reproduce this problem. So, please update your windows and FreeOffice with all latest updates. I have forwarded the details.

Meanwhile, you can also try disabling tooltips as a workaround. To do that, please click on ribbon command File | Options | Appearance tab| Uncheck “Show tooltips”.
