FlexiPDF 2025 - Trouble with scrolling

Windows 10 Pro, usually kept fully updated. I've been using FlexiPDF for years, and was always very satisfied. Earlier this year I upgraded from FlexiPDF 2022 Pro to the 2025 variant, and encountered serious scrolling problems from the off, even with one page files. It's as if the system is either struggling to deal with the graphics, or is needing to constantly update itself online, which in my view shouldn't be happening at all. With 2022 Pro I could scroll without a problem through files with hundreds of pages, so I reinstalled it and ran the 2 variants in parallel, but only ever using one of the 2, although 2025 was the default. Thinking the two installed together might be the problem I uninstalled 2022 but 2025 remained problematic so eventually I uninstalled it, and reinstalled 2022 Pro, and was able to scroll as expected. But today I received notifications of an update, which I ignored for a while. Eventually curiosity got the better of me but found the "update" was really only an excuse to offer an upgrade, which I'd already paid for but found unsatisfactory. Yes, there is an option to click (paraphrased) "Just leave me alone and don't bug me about this in future" but that doesn't stem my curiosity. Is this a problem unique to me, or is anybody else having problems scrolling with the 2025 variant?

No problem here, also Windows 10 with FlexPDF 2025. Scrolling is smooth as can be, even with bog PDFs.
