FlexiPDF won't run in Windows 11

Hi!

I decided to move to FlexiPDF 2022 after a long time running version 2017. I bought the upgrade, uninstalled version 2017 and tried to run version 2022.

The main screen appears, but as soon as I try to open a PDF file, the program crashes, its main window just disappears.

I noticed that the Windows Problem Reporting tool runs briefly in the Task Manager, and I decided to see its log. I send it annexed.

It looks like it is some problem with the "Branch Execution", probably an issue with the software addressing some 64-bit stuff, even though I realize it is a 32 bit executable.

Strange... we've had no other similar reports.
Could you please try right-clicking the FlexiPDF icon and run as administrator?
If it doesn't work, please try installing this: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

Hello, I have the same problem. FlexiPdf was running OK for a month on W11 Pro but now crashes during start.
Main sceen appears but before any pdf is open it crashes without any notice. Reinstall of program does not help, neither using admin rights or compatibility mode. Any other idea?

Are you getting this problem with FlexiPDF 2022 or 2025?

Is this while opening any specific file or while opening any PDF file? Please check.
