delete/remove frame

How do you delete/remove a text frame from softmaker 2024 document?

Just right click on its edge and select Delete, or click on the edge and hit delete key.

When I do that, everything is deleted, text and frame. I just want the frame deleted.

If it is a text frame, the text is part of the frame. You should copy the text first and paste it again after deleting the frame.

Are you just looking for removing the border around the text frame?

Then you should first determine if there is really a border. If it is a thin gray line, it just shows the dimensions of the text frame and does not print. Else, right-click on the frame border, open the properties and remove the border.
