Controlled folder access error message always appears

Every time I open a document in the Freeoffice app, I get an error message that says "you seem to have activated the folder access control feature in Windows. I've tried both of the workarounds you listed after opening the support link and it still gives me the error

Please provide a screenshot of the error, and let us know which troubleshooting steps you’ve already attempted.

Based on the error description, it seems to be an issue at the operating system level.
