Find/Replace cell content with keyword

Is there a way to replace everything in cells that contain the keyword? For examle, if cells contains Name Lastname Number, is it possible to repalce all of those values to Name?
I tried using Name* in "Search for" field as in Excel but it doesn't work. Also .*Name.* as in libreoffice,

Yes, you can use wildcard ^* instead of * and search and replace.
