Presentation image placeholders in Powerpoint template

I have a generic powerpoint template which includes image placeholders.
I am using FreeOffice 2024 for windows.
When I open the template, I can see the placeholders, and I can double click on the placeholder and it opens up the object properties, but there is no tab option appearing to add an image to the placeholder.

Template is attached.

Any help is appreciated!
