FreeOffice 2024 update not installing

The update package downloads, but when it runs, it complains that there is no Freeoffice 2024 installed in the usual place. I have checked, and the directory path is correct. Please give me some suggested solutions.

Please download the complete package from our website and install it over the current installation.
