Don't start in ChromeFlex

Hello.
I'm trying freeoffice on a Chromeos Flex, it installs without problems but when I open the application it turns gray

We don't officially support compatibility of SoftMaker Office on ChromeOS. Did you follow the installation instructions from our website?
